Check-in begins at 2 p.m., and checkout time is 11 a.m. For late check-out availability, check with the front desk on the morning of your departure.

Miller’s Guest House is family friendly – children are welcome.
Smoking
Miller’s Guest House is pleased to offer a smoke free experience. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
Cancellation Policy
As we are a small independent business, cancellations affect us greatly.
Therefore, all cancellations are subject to a minimum of $25 USD per booked room cancellation fee and are treated as follows:
In advance of 14 full days prior to arrival date – Refund of deposit, less the $25 USD cancellation fee.
Less than two weeks from arrival – Refund of deposit based on our ability to resell your room(s), less the $25 USD fee.
A 6 week cancellation applies to all holidays, months of February/March/April/July/August and from mid December through January 15th.
6 weeks cancellation or more applies to all bookings of more than two rooms year round.
EXCEPTION: New Year/Carnival week reservations are paid in full, in advance, and are non-refundable.
Please be sure to acquire travel insurance in the event of unexpected illness, death or weather related emergencies as we are not able to make an exception to this policy.
Additional policies apply to group reservations of three or more rooms.
All cancellations must be provided to the establishment in writing. You will receive any refund due within 30 days.
Terms and Conditions
Check-in time is from 2:00 pm. We will be happy to check you in early if your room is available. Check out time is 11:00 am (a later check-out would incur a cost).
Our reception hours are 8 am to 2 pm every day. Please let us know ahead of time if you will be checking out before our reception is open.
Our property has a strict policy of No Pets, No Smoking in the rooms and No Drugs on the premises at any time. If you are found to be in violation of these, you will be assessed a $50 USD fee.
Towels are for room usage only, not to be taken off the premises – any loss or damage/staining (aloe, dye etc) will be chargeable at $20 USD per towel..
Infants aged 0 to 4 years of age do count toward the total occupancy level but are not charged any rate.
Children aged 5 t0 11 years of age count toward the total occupancy levels but are charged a rate of $8 United States Dollars and must be accompanied by an adult.
Minor aged 12 to 17 years of age count toward the total occupancy level but are charged as an adult and they too must also be accompanied by an adult to be allowed to check-in.
We accept no liability for loss of unsecured items or loss of room keys. Guests are accountable for any loss of room keys resulting in requirement to change locks payable by the guest ($35 USD).
We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the premises and/or unusual cleaning. These include but are not limited to remote controls, towels, linens, pillows, mugs, room key, books, etc.. Please inquire if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.
Non-patrons to vacate guests rooms after 8:00 pm and to leave the compound by 10:00 pm (out of consideration for other guests).
Beachwear can only be worn in the open lounge area between 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. After that, please make sure to be respectably attired (no beach wear, no bare back). Respectable attire should be worn at all times in the restaurant area.
Free parking is available to all our overnight guests.
Payment Policy
Our rates are all inclusive of taxes. Accommodation costs are to be settled both in CASH or by credit card using our payment processor app called “Tab Travel ” at check-in. Any additional outstanding costs must be settled in full in CASH or credit card via Tab Travel 24 hours before check-out. Payments made via Tab Travel attract a percentage fee to be borne fully by guests who choose to pay via this method.
A valid ID must be presented at time of check-in along with the deposit slip (from FCB bank for local bookings)
